DELIVERY

How much is delivery?

Shipping Charges vary and will show before you checkout your order but normally £5 (2-5 days) or £10 for next day delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As long as the product is available, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.

If a product is out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours.

Next Day Delivery : if your order is placed before 11am, it will be delivered between 9am and 6pm the next working day. If your order is placed after 11am, it will be delivered between 9am and 6pm within 2 business days.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, all orders are sent by recorded delivery or courier and will require a signature.

My order is wrong. What do I do?

What happens if an order I have placed has been put on back order?

Any items out of stock will be notified to you within 24 hours, we do not automatically place an order on hold and will ask you if you wish this to happen or if you would prefer a refund. We not charge your card if the item ordered is not in stock.

RETURNS

How long do I have to return an item / order?

You have 14 days to return an item/order for a full refund, less any postage charges.

For custom made / bespoke garments, these are non-returnable / non-refundable as they are made to your own specification. Please ensure you choose the correct size to avoid disappointment.

For reasons of health and hygiene safety we are unable to exchange or refund underwear or jewelery unless the item is faulty.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you have 14 days to exchange an item. Additional postage charges apply.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

A full refund (less postage charges) will be given if items are returned within 14 days. Any items returned after this date will be given a credit note. We do not accept items back after 30 days unless faulty.
